Wizarding World | Trinity Stamps Winter Release Bloghop

Happy Monday Crafty Friends! Welcome to the 2nd day of the Trinity Stamps Winter Release Blog Hop! I'm so excited to share more inspiration with you featuring three of our new stamp sets - Magical Wizards, Wizard Friends, and Magical Sentiments. One of my most treasured series growing up (and to this very day) has always been JK Rowling's Harry Potter. So you can imagine my unbridled excitement at Trinity's Winter Release - I knew that I had to craft something wanderful.....

I used two separate sentiments from the Magical Sentiments set, and added two different wands (there are 5 to choose from between the Magical Wizards and Wizard Friends stamp sets!) - I stamped the images directly to the ink splattered background I had created with Versafine Black Onyx pigment ink and then did a bit of quick coloring with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers so that they made a bit more of a statement against my wild background.

I sneaked a peek at this next card on my Instagram post last Thursday - I absolutely adore that the two 4x6 stamp sets have so many images and characters - you could be inspired to represent lots of your favorite characters, but for this card I wanted to share my love for Hermoine and Ron with a simple friendship card.

I colored all of my images for this card with Copic Markers and fussy-cut out the images for a super clean look. My two kiddos were popped up on the card with a bit of foam tape, joining their hands with the tiniest drop of glue. I heat embossed the large 'Magical' (which is a build-able sentiment!) with Wow White Pearl Embossing Powder after stamping the sentiment with Wilted Violet Distress Oxide ink.

I don't know about you, but I'm still waiting for my letter - maybe Santa will bring it for me this Holiday Season! Here are two (ADORABLE!) accessory images from the Magical Wizards set - paired with the perfect sentiment! I used some of my favorite Copic Markers to bring these two images to life (W00, W1, W5, and a touch of W5) and again fussy cut out the images for a super sleek design. Don't worry - there are awesome coordinating dies for both of the character stamp sets, and a coordinating die for the Magical Sentiment too! I can't wait to give this card to one of my many Harry Potter-loving friends along with their Christmas gift!

There we go - my first three projects featuring my favorite stamp sets of the Winter Release! I'm so happy that you hopped on over to my blog to see my inspiration - be sure to leave a comment and hop on over to the next blog.
